ONLY24 이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 Only24 팀(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 ONLY24 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
① "서비스"란 ONLY24 애플리케이션을 통해 제공하는 1일 1매칭, 24시간 채팅, 영상통화, 친구 관계, 커뮤니티 게시판, 프리미엄 구독 등 모든 관련 서비스를 의미합니다.
② "이용자"란 이 약관에 동의하고 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
③ "매칭"이란 서비스가 이용자의 프로필 정보(성별, 지역, 활동 등)를 기반으로 다른 이용자를 자동으로 연결해주는 기능을 말합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
① 회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:
• 1일 1회 이용자 매칭 서비스 (프리미엄 구독 시 추가 매칭)
• 매칭된 이용자와의 24시간 제한 채팅
• 영상통화 서비스
• 친구 관계 서비스 (최대 5명)
• 커뮤니티 게시판
• 대화 코치(미션) 서비스
• 프리미엄 구독 서비스
② 서비스 이용 중 상대방에 대한 존중을 바탕으로 건전한 대화 문화를 만들어 주세요.
③ 욕설, 비방, 성희롱, 스팸 등 부적절한 행위는 신고에 따른 제재 대상이 됩니다.
④ 매칭 채팅은 24시간 후 자동으로 종료되며, 모든 메시지가 삭제됩니다.
제5조 (개인정보 보호)
① 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 관련 법령에 따라 최선을 다하며, 개인정보의 수집·이용·제공에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
② 채팅 메시지는 종단 간 암호화(E2E)가 적용되며, 24시간 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
③ 회사는 법령에 의한 경우를 제외하고 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
① 타인의 개인정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
② 서비스의 운영을 고의로 방해하거나 비정상적인 방법으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
③ 타인에 대한 욕설, 비방, 명예훼손, 성희롱, 스토킹 등의 행위
④ 음란물, 불법 콘텐츠를 전송하거나 공유하는 행위
⑤ 영리 목적의 광고, 스팸 메시지를 전송하는 행위
⑥ 서비스를 이용하여 법령 또는 공공질서에 반하는 행위
⑦ 다른 이용자의 서비스 이용을 방해하는 행위
위반 시 신고 점수 누적에 따라 매칭 제한, 지역 매칭 제외, 서비스 이용 정지 등의 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
① Only24는 서비스 운영상 필요한 경우 사전 공지 후 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
② 서비스 변경·중단의 경우 앱 내 공지를 통해 사전에 안내합니다.
③ 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유가 발생한 경우 사전 공지 없이 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (책임의 제한)
① 회사는 이용자 간에 발생하는 분쟁에 대해 관여하지 않으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
② 회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
③ 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나 서비스 이용으로 발생하는 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
④ 회사는 이용자가 게재한 정보, 채팅 내용의 신뢰성, 정확성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
⑤ 이용자가 본인의 개인정보를 타인에게 유출함으로써 발생하는 피해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
부칙
본 약관은 2025년 3월 25일부터 적용됩니다.
ONLY24 Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Only24 Team (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the ONLY24 service (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Service" refers to all related services provided through the ONLY24 application, including daily matching, 24-hour chat, video calls, friend connections, community board, and premium subscriptions.
② "User" refers to any person who agrees to these terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
③ "Matching" refers to the feature where the Service automatically connects users based on their profile information (gender, region, activities, etc.).
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
Article 4 (Service Content)
① The Company provides the following services:
• Daily matching service (additional matching with premium subscription)
• 24-hour limited chat with matched users
• Video call service
• Friend connections (up to 5)
• Community board
• Conversation coach (missions) service
• Premium subscription service
② Please maintain a respectful and healthy conversation culture while using the service.
③ Inappropriate behavior such as profanity, defamation, sexual harassment, spam, etc. are subject to sanctions following reports.
④ Matched chats automatically end after 24 hours and all messages are deleted.
Article 5 (Privacy Protection)
① The Company makes every effort to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and matters regarding the collection, use, and provision of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
② Chat messages are protected with end-to-end encryption (E2E) and are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
③ The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
① Stealing another person's personal information or registering false information
② Intentionally disrupting service operations or using the service through abnormal means
③ Profanity, defamation, libel, sexual harassment, stalking, or similar acts toward others
④ Transmitting or sharing obscene material or illegal content
⑤ Sending commercial advertisements or spam messages
⑥ Using the service in a manner that violates laws or public order
⑦ Interfering with other users' use of the service
Violations may result in sanctions including matching restrictions, exclusion from regional matching, or service suspension based on accumulated report scores.
Article 7 (Service Changes and Interruption)
① Only24 may change or discontinue all or part of the service with prior notice if necessary for service operations.
② In the event of service changes or interruption, users will be notified in advance through in-app announcements.
③ In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures, the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
① The Company does not intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for damages arising therefrom.
② The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
③ The Company is not responsible for users failing to obtain expected benefits through the service or for results arising from use of the service.
④ The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users or chat content.
⑤ The Company is not liable for damages caused by users disclosing their personal information to others.
Supplementary Provision
These terms are effective from March 25, 2025.

第1条（目的）
本規約は、Only24チーム（以下「当社」）が提供するONLY24サービス（以下「サービス」）の利用に関して、当社と利用者間の権利、義務および責任事項、その他必要な事項を規定することを目的とします。
第2条（定義）
① 「サービス」とは、ONLY24アプリケーションを通じて提供される1日1マッチング、24時間チャット、ビデオ通話、フレンド機能、コミュニティ掲示板、プレミアムサブスクリプションなど、すべての関連サービスを意味します。
② 「利用者」とは、本規約に同意し、当社が提供するサービスを利用する者を指します。
③ 「マッチング」とは、サービスが利用者のプロフィール情報（性別、地域、アクティビティなど）に基づいて他の利用者を自動的に接続する機能を指します。
第4条（サービスの内容）
① 当社は以下のサービスを提供します：
• 1日1回のユーザーマッチングサービス（プレミアムサブスクリプションで追加マッチング可）
• マッチングされたユーザーとの24時間限定チャット
• ビデオ通話サービス
• フレンド機能（最大5名）
• コミュニティ掲示板
• 会話コーチ（ミッション）サービス
• プレミアムサブスクリプションサービス
② サービス利用中は相手への敬意を忘れずに健全な会話文化を作ってください。
③ 暴言、誹謗中傷、セクハラ、スパムなどの不適切な行為は通報システムを通じて制裁の対象となります。
④ マッチングチャットは24時間後に自動的に終了し、すべてのメッセージが削除されます。
第5条（個人情報保護）
① 当社は関係法令に従い、利用者の個人情報保護のために必要なすべての措置を講じ、個人情報の収集・利用・提供に関する事項は別途のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
② チャットメッセージにはエンドツーエンド暗号化（E2E）が適用され、24時間後に自動的に削除されます。
③ 当社は法令による場合を除き、利用者の同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
第6条（利用者の義務）
利用者は以下の行為をしてはなりません：
① 他人の個人情報を盗用したり、虚偽の情報を登録する行為
② サービスの運営を故意に妨害したり、異常な方法でサービスを利用する行為
③ 他人に対する暴言、中傷、名誉毀損、セクシャルハラスメント、ストーキングなどの行為
④ わいせつ物や違法コンテンツを送信・共有する行為
⑤ 営利目的の広告やスパムメッセージを送信する行為
⑥ サービスを利用して法令または公序良俗に反する行為
⑦ 他の利用者のサービス利用を妨害する行為
違反した場合、累積された通報スコアに基づき、マッチング制限、地域マッチング除外、サービス利用停止などの制裁を受ける場合があります。
第7条（サービスの変更および中断）
① Only24はサービス運営上必要な場合、事前告知の上でサービスの全部または一部を変更または中断することができます。
② サービスの変更・中断の場合、アプリ内のお知らせで事前にご案内します。
③ 天災、システム障害などの不可抗力事由が発生した場合、事前告知なしにサービスを一時中断する場合があります。
第8条（責任の制限）
① 当社は利用者間の紛争に関与せず、それにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。
② 当社は天災、システム障害などの不可抗力による事象に起因するサービス中断について責任を負いません。
③ 当社は利用者がサービスを通じて期待する利益を得られなかったこと、またはサービス利用から生じる結果について責任を負いません。
④ 当社は利用者が掲載した情報やチャット内容の信頼性、正確性について保証しません。
⑤ 利用者が自ら個人情報を他人に漏洩したことにより生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
附則
本規約は2025年3月25日より適用されます。
